He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Suttmiller and Bernadine Suttmiller (Imgrund); his former wife Anna Mae Suttmiller (Toth); and his siblings, Frances "Toni" Hillegass, Bernice Diehl and John Suttmiller.
He is survived by: his wife E. Imogene "Genie" Suttmiller (Shockley); his daughters, Dianne (Lanford Gates), Sondra (Charles Corle, Jr.), Marsha Suttmiller, Sharon Suttmiller (Ron Fleegle) and Amy (Kenny Martin) of Woodstock, VA; and his siblings, Cyril Suttmiller of Enid, OK, Madeline Fochtman and Emma Steach. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 37 great grandchildren.
