He is survived by: his girlfriend Deborah Henry of Spring Grove; his partner's children, Kimberly Henry (Margie Lewis) and Ryan Henry (Michelle); his son Noj Chatpibal (Thanawan); his grandchildren, Vivan and Vattana; his daughter Michelle; his sister Carol (Gerald); his niece Amy (Eric); his nephew Ben (Wendy); his niece Rachel (Evan); his great-niece Emily; his great-nephew Miles; his former wife Deborah; his stepdaughter Kelly (Mike); his stepgrandchildren, Braeden and Chloe; his stepson Kris (Jen); his stepgrandchildren, Juliet and Kristofer; his brother-in-law Jeffrey (Lisa); his nieces and nephews, Kimmy, Jeff and Mandy; his sister-in-law Becky; his nephew Jimmy (Kim); his great-nephew Mason; his nephew Matt (Brie); his great-nephew Austin; and also, Marra, Dag, Lincoln and Eleanor.
