He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann Breighner (Brandt); his parents, Francis Breighner and Jennie Breighner; and his sons, Robert Breighner Jr. and Bradley Breighner.
He is survived by: his sons, William Breighner (Joan Sperlien) and Brian Breighner (Vivian). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
