He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Adams and Mary A. Adams (Slaseman); and his siblings, George, Charlie, Merle Adams and Patricia Stambaugh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Adams, Angela Han and Carolyn Mullen; and his siblings, David Adams, Mary Rauch and Betty Hake. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
