He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Garrison and Ollie Garrison (Hicks). He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. Garrison (Gynger); his son Richard Garrison, Jr. (Victoria); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Richie and Karlie; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Declan, Finley and Benjamin.
Viewing will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. (175 N Main St, Spring Grove, PA 17362). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. (175 N Main St, Spring Grove, PA 17362). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (2724 Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784).
