She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hoover and Amy Hoover (Wagner); and her siblings, Jean, Ruth and Ken.
She is survived by: her brothers, Charles Hoover, Earl Hoover and James Hoover. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
