He was predeceased by: his spouse Marie Mae Lentz (Jackson); his parent Emory Lentz; his siblings, William Lentz, Federick Lentz, Darwin Lentz and Susan Myers; and his granddaughter Kayla Noel Lentz.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Lentz (Glatfelter); his children, Keefe Lentz (Barb) of Spring Grove, Kim Corallo (Ken) of Spring Grove and Blake Lentz (Debbie) of Thomasville; and his grandchildren, Sabrina Trice, Justin Spangler, Natalie Robertson, Kari Goldman and Blake Lentz II.
