She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Rohrbaugh; and her parents, John Tatnell and Annie Tatnell. She is survived by: her nephew Matthew Herman; her great-nephews, Alex Herman and Michael Messersmith; her sister Betty Webb; and her brother-in-law Lynn Rohrbaugh (Carol).
