Hoover of Red Lion, PA and Yvette M. Baldwin of Dover, PA; and his grandsons, Jason M. Baldwin and Ryan J. Baldwin.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kenworthy Funeral Home (269 Frederick St, Hanover, PA 17331). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Dubs Church Cemetery (1958 Dubs Church Rd, Hanover, PA 17331).
