He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte R. Carbaugh (Spahr); his parents, Amos S. and Mary A. Carbaugh (Knox); and his siblings, Charlie Carbaugh and Frances Carbaugh.
He is survived by: his daughter Shonna Robinson (Raymond); his grandchildren, Shawn Carbaugh (Nicole), Rechinda Hawkins, Joshua Carbaugh and Jasmine Jones; his great grandchildren, Sadie, David, Ella, Adaline, Zyaira, Siana, Raymond and Tim; and his sister-in-law Janet Spahr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and honorary family members.
