He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Albaugh and Mary Louise Steele Albaugh; and his siblings, Hezekiah, George, Minnie Petry Jackson, Jane Crushong and Mary Louise Fringer.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Plank Albaugh; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Richard Petry of Westminster; his son Gaylard Albaugh, Jr. (Tim Chumley) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Deborah Amanda Allen of Westminster and Richard Douglas Peregoy, Jr. of Hanover, PA; and his great grandchildren, Sabrina Ann Allen and James Hezekiah Allen of Westminster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
