It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Hamme (Spring Grove, Pennsylvania), born in Jackson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell E. L. Hamme; and her parent Roland Shaffer. She is survived by: her parent Mabel Shaffer (Bricker); her sons, Les Hamme (Cindy) of Dover, Bryan "Scoot" Hamme (Bonnie) of Spring Grove and Kevin "Bud" Hamme (Michele) of York; and her grandchildren, Christina, Christopher, Zachary, Adam, Ciera, Chad, Kari, Kaleb and Kenneth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the York County SPCA, 3159 North Susquehanna Trail York PA 17404.
