He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy V. Heiner and Eileen M. Heiner Bretzman (Leinart); and his sister Carol Bretzman. He is survived by: his wife Jean E. Heiner; his children, Diane O'Connell (Kevin) of Conway, SC and Dale L. Heiner Jr. (Sharon) of Spring Grove; his grandson Jesse Heiner; his great grandchild Jaxon Heiner; and his siblings, Faith Bretzman, Roy Bretzman and Michael Bretzman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
