We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2020, at the age of 81, Whiteley Jack R (Spring Creek, Pennsylvania), born in Corry, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald L. Whiteley and Mildred E. Whiteley (Irvine); his siblings, Joyce Whiteley, Harold and Charles Whiteley; and his stepsons, Mark and Michael Maedje (Linda "Mickey").
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Whiteley; his children, James R, S. Port N. C. and Josette Black (Shawn) of Spring Creek; his siblings, Martin Whiteley of Erie and Jayne Steva; and his grandchildren, Cody Willis (Kristen), Lauren Pederson (Christian), Stefanie Goodwill (Dana), Michael Maedje Jr. (Kylee), Robert Maedje, Andee Henneberry and Justin Nollinger. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17 Chicago, IL 60601.
