He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Jacob Donald and Edna Mae Plank (Elgin); and his sister Jeanne Elgin Plank Delauter. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Plank (Shriver); his children, Kristi L. Plank of Greencastle and Brien M. Plank (Samantha A.) of Florida; his great grandchild Gavin M. Bowman; and his siblings, Susan Plank Cline (Robert) of Maryland, Donald G. Plank (Kathy) of Maryland and David M. Plank (Sherry) of Maryland. He is also survived by three grandchildren including a granddaughter.
