He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Parker and Lucille Greene Parker; and his siblings, Robert, Kenneth Parker, Joseph, Paul Montalone, Ruth Montalone, Elaine Huber and Linda Parker.
He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Bowes Parker; his sons, Bradley Alan Parker (Jodi) of Corry and Brandon Frederick Parker (Sheila) of Spring Creek; his sister Mary Putnam (Robert) of Erie; his sister-in-law Anne Montalone of Ilion, NY; his grandchildren, Amanda Deane (James), Jeffrey Parker (Kelsey), Allyson Woodard (Joshua), Tyler Parker (Alivia), Curtis Parker (Sara), Alexandra Fox (Curtis), Molly Steigmeyer (Steven), Meg Blake, Jacob Blake and Emily Blake; and his great grandchildren, Kylynn Deane, Landon Deane, Sterling Fox and Linkoln Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spring Creek Volunteer Fire Department, Community Nursing Services of North East or the West Spring Creek Congregational Church.
