She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Kostyal and Pauline Jasura Kostyal; her husband Frank; and her siblings, Mildred Danuski Gadsby, John, Mary, Stephen, Anthony and Pauline Kostyal.
She is survived by: her children, David Wawrejko (Molly Campbell) of Warren, Dolores, Diane Wawrejko Cochran (Mick) of Wheaton, Denise, Danette Weaver (Robbin) of Pittsfield and Darlene Wawrejko; her grandchildren, Lauren Timco, Jonathan Timco (Ashley), Ashlea Johnson, Michael Johnson, Nathaniel Weaver and Nicholas Weaver; and her great grandchildren, Christina Baszewski and Harrison Timco.
