He is survived by: his parents, Willison Kellogg and Joanne Kellogg (Jackson) of Spring Creek; his siblings, Brad Kellogg (Sheri Williams) of Corry and Julie (Tom Stroup) of Centerville; his nephew Matthew Kellogg; his nieces, Isabella Kellogg, Amanda Lewis (Brandon) and Samantha Graham; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
