She was predeceased by: her husband John P. Buchenauer, Sr.; her siblings, Albert, Eva Girondi (Seneca), Edward and Mary Furjanic (Seneca); her grandson Don Erik Diehl; her nephew Donald Seneca; and her niece Donna Marie Meisel.

She is survived by: her children, Joanne Diehl, John P. Buchenauer, Jr. (Shelly) and Albert; her brothers, Richard (Ruth) and Robert; and also Mindy. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and twenty-three great grandchildren.
