He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Howe and Jean Bogert Howe. He is survived by: his daughters, Lindsey Pyle (Josh) of Charlotte, NC, Jamie Hutchings (Jason) of Media, PA, Crystal Howe of Warren, PA and Rachel Howe Schrank (Spencer) of Pittsburgh, PA; his sisters, Cindy Bashore (Randy) of Orlando, FL and Diana Yocina (John) of New Cumberland, WV; his grandchildren, Emma, Milo, Carter, Hannah Jo and Madeline; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Rose Young of Dunns Eddy, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
