He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Floyd Pry and Oliver Nansteel. He is survived by: his spouse Maria Nansteel (Caporaletti) of Spring City; his parents, Robert Nansteel, Sr. and Sandy Nansteel (Pry); his children, Sidney Nansteel, Jake Nansteel and Jordan Nansteel; his sister Cheri Geyer (Heath); and his grandmothers, Mary Pry and Evelyn Nansteel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Robert's memory to Jake and Jordan Nansteel's Educational Fund.
