She is survived by: her children, Lori Velazquez of Spring City and William Paul Hoffman (Shawn) of Birdsboro; her siblings, Frances, Joseph Harrington (Dawn) of Florida, Bernard Harrington (Sue) of Kentucky and Teresa Sagwitz of Delaware; her grandchildren, Shan Lias, Caitlin Carfagno (Anthony), Joshua Moore, Jocelyn Moore, Marah Hoffman, Sebastian Velazquez and Aleah Hoffman; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Olive, Jude, August and Luna.
