She is survived by: her brother Carl Slavick (Norma) of Midwest City, OK; her husband Howard C. Heebner Sr.; her children, Mary I. Barnaik of Phoenixville, PA, Isabella M. Lombardi of Phoenixville, PA, Howard C. Heebner Jr. of Pottstown, PA and Linda J. Marks-Martin of Spring City, PA.; and her stepsons, Donald Berry (Donna) and Douglas Berry (Jane). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
