She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward Bankes and Mae Elizabeth Bankes (Shuman); and her brother Edward Bankes. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila R. (Nev Lynch IV) and Melanie Mae Miller; her close friend Wes Richardson; her siblings, Paul Bankes (Robin), Henry Bankes and Ella (late Daniel Bieber); her grandsons, Nev Lynch V (Caitlin), Sean Lynch (Sarah) and Devon Miller; and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Owen.
