She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse Baxter; her spouse Ralph Havard; her sister Elizabeth Bainbridge; and her daughter-in-law Vicki Havard. She is survived by: her parent Helen Baxter (Leibfreid); her children, Scott of Pottstown, PA, Sherry of Pottstown, PA, David Havard of Las Vegas, NV and Andrew of Las Vegas, NV; her siblings, Jean Jeffries of Royersford, PA and Richard Baxter of Lancaster, PA; her nieces and nephews, Ted, Sally Jeffries and Lois; and also, Yeagley of Pottstown, PA and Katz of Pottstown, PA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
