He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Waller; and his sister-in-law Barbara Waller. He is survived by: his mother Verna Waller Jackson; his daughter Johnette Kornowski; and his siblings, Ann Elizabeth Waller, Thomas Waller and Timothy Waller. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
