He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Phillips Slack and Kermit Bradley Phillips; his children, Gary Phillips, Jr., Stephen Phillips and Genevieve Phillips Owsiany; his grandchildren, Justin Phillips, Courtney Phillips Sanchez, Brianna Phillips Sharkey, Samuel Phillips, Hannah Phillips, Joshua Owsiany and Andrew Owsiany; and his great grandchildren, Leo Sanchez and Emmie Lou Sharkey.
