He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wadsworth and Faith Wadsworth (Readman); and his sister Hope Wadsworth. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Wadsworth (McConaghy) of Spring City, PA; his sons, Greg (Lori Wadsworth) and Matt (Tina Wadsworth); his grandchildren, Hunter, Aubrey and Coltun; and his brother Wayne Wadsworth.

In lieu of flowers contribution may be given to Camp Horseshoe, 1286 Ridge Road, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
