She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Karkoska of Spring City, PA; her parents, John R. Slavinski and Elsie E. Slavinski (Cuper); her brother John Slavinski; and her boyfriend Joseph Klup.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Holden (William), Mary Menkins (Michael), William Karkoska and Nancy Karkoska (Hazel); her grandchildren, Gene, Danny, Ryan, Lexi and Rylee; and her sister Margaret Van Horn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
