He is survived by: his spouse Patience M. Werkheiser (Butts) of Spring City, PA; his stepchildren, Kyle Latshaw and Ashley Latshaw; and his siblings, Alice Werkheiser, Janet Maddish, Robert Werkheiser and Richard E. (Arlene Werkheiser).
