She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Gray and Eva Gray; and her brothers, Jerry Gray, Richard Gray and Karrien Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Allen-Williams and Stephanie Allen; her grandchildren, Isaiah Williams, Destiny Williams and Samuel Allen; her siblings, James Gray (Anette), Barbara Gray, Alice Ruth Ray, Michael Gray (Kimberly), Thomas Gray (Brenda), Lois White and Shirley Johnson (late Junior Johnson); her close friend Monica Daley; and her husband Dennis Allen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
