He is survived by: his son Michael Holoka (Diane) of Dagsboro, DE; his daughter-in-law Sharon Holoka of Phoenixville, PA; his grandchildren, Heather Holoka and David Holoka (Lauren) of Phoenixville, PA; his stepgrandson Scott Wenger (Terri) of Souderton; his great grandchildren, Edison (Jess), Michael (Alyssa), Kyle (Mikenna) and Casey; his great great grandchildren, Jayden, Elijah and Malachi; his niece Nancy McConnell; his wife Louise; his children, Richard Holoka and Sondra Green (Holoka); and his siblings, Mary, Helen, Jacob, John and Eugene.
