He is survived by: his mother Mary Fulton of Spring Church; his brother James Fulton (Romayne); his nieces, Alice Davidson and Betsy Stoneback (David); his nephew Howard (Black); his wife Marguerite Fulton (Black); and his siblings, Paul, Robert, Doyle and Evelyn (King).
