He was predeceased by: his parent Edward L. Pacuch. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Pacuch (Filo); his daughters, Michelle L. Pacuch (David Cascone) of Vandergrift and Laura C. Miller (Jeremy) of Maryville, TN; his siblings, John T. Pacuch of Washington Township, Edward J. Pacuch (Kathleen) of West Leechburg, Jerome J. Pacuch (Julie) of Leechburg and Monica McCourt of Luray, VA; and his grandsons, Zachery and Austin Miller. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rich's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 ST Jude PL, Memphis TN 38105-9959.
