He is survived by: his wife Dianna O'Neil (Sullivan); his children, Raymond O'Neil, Jr. (Gloria) of Kiski Township, Richard Johns (Stephanie) of Windber, PA, Tracey Polliard (Dave) of Apollo and Jennifer O'Neil of Kansas City, KS; and his sisters, Diane Branthover (Bruce) of New Alexandria, PA, Beverly Hughes (Dave) of Blairsville, Nancy Chapia (Bob) of Blairsville and Carol Lopas (Ron) of California. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
