He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett H. Libengood and Marie L. Libengood (Hartman); his daughter-in-law Lorrene F. Libengood; his grandson Timothy Jackson; and his brothers, Arthur and William Libengood.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Libengood (Townsend); and his children, Paul E. "Chip" Libengood of Kiski Township, Robin D. Butts (Terry) of Spring Church, Melanie Jackson (Kenneth) of Kiski Township, Jeff Lezark (Laurie) of Oakmont and Lori Stiffey (Marlin) of Kiski Township. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
