He is survived by: his parent Victoria Kochanowski, Sr. (Macko); his wife Louise "Honey" Kochanowski (Samosky) of Spring Church; his children, Andrew, Sheri Kochanowski, Patrick Kochanowski (Cheryl) and Colleen Ellison (Tim) of Churchill; his grandchildren, Hannah, Drew, Katelyn, Aidan, Rachel, Patrick, Nicholas and Caroline; and his siblings, Albin Kochanowski of Saltsburg and Virginia Gynes of Clarksburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
