He is survived by: his wife Susan Henderson Haines; his children, Marnie Blake (Jeff) of Spraggs, PA, Cheryl Goforth (Jim) of Bobtown, PA and Robert Haines (Patricia) of Mount Morris, PA; and his siblings, Ethel Pearl Simmons, Van Haines (Lorraine) of Wadestown, WV, Kenneth Haines (Twyla) of Mount Morris, PA and Martha Statler-Bell. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
