It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tina Kaye Raber of Spraggs, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie "Carley" McCoy and Nova Sue Roush Skinner; and her siblings, Ronald White, Mark Skinner, Douglas Skinner and Renee Tharp.

She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Raber; her daughter Misty Henard of Blacksville; her brother Austin Bond of Danville, VA; her grandchildren, Addison Ammons and Austin Ammons; her stepgranddaughter Brianna Henard; and her great grandchildren, Parker Ammons and Aiden Ammons.
