He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Victor "Vic" Chapman and Marguerite Rush Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Cuff Weir Chapman; his children, Cathy Loughner (Bryan) of Spraggs, PA and Zach Chapman of Morgantown, PA; his grandchildren, Mason Loughner and Madison Loughner; his brother Ted Chapman (Eleanor) of Waynesburg, PA; his mother-in-law Clare Cuff of Bridgeville, PA; his stepmother June Vanscyoc Chapman of Waynesburg, PA; and his stepbrothers, Gary L. Vanscyoc of Columbia, NJ and Jay N. Vanscyoc of Waynesburg, PA..
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Wayne Twp.
