He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald and Donald Phillips; his children, Kenneth E. Phillips, Jr. (Linda) of Colorado, Thomas R. Phillips (Janet) of Spraggs, Michael T. Phillips of Spraggs, Bradley M. Phillips of Waynesburg, PA and Lynn Ann Phillips of Greensburg, PA; and his siblings, Rick Phillips of Fairchance, PA, David Phillips of Mount Morris, PA and Edna Fetsko of New Jersey. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
