She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Roupe and Wilma Hamilton Roupe. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Cummins; her sons, Herbert LeeRoy Cheek (Debbie) of Martinsburg, WV and George M. Cummins (Sherrie) of Waynesburg, PA; and her siblings, Loretta Sanders (George) of Wana, WV, Jo Black of Waynesburg, PA and Michael Roupe of Wana, WV. She is also survived by 2 Grandchildren and 1 Step-Grandson.
