She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Morton and Mabel Louise Yoho (Wendt); her husband Richard Franklin Polen; and her brother Roy Yoho. She is survived by: her children, Kim Anderson (Formerly) of Mount Clare, WV., Heidi Nelson (David) of Spraggs and Mark Polen (Janeen) of Wooster, OH; her grandchildren, Ryan Polen, Jeremy Polen, Jennifer Polen, Cody Polen, Amber Hunt (Bryan), Evan Anderson (Kasey), Ali McLaughlin (Bobby) and Derrick Nelson (Kinsey); her sister Ada Jean Bingamon of Floral City, FL.; and her pets, Joey and Mocha. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
