Morris, PA and Timothy Richard Phillips (Meghan) of Waynesburg, PA; her grandchildren, Braydon, Cadence and Ainsley; and her siblings, Karen S. Casto of Kenna, WV, Linda D. Johnson of Morgantown, WV, Bruce Teagarden (Kathie) of Morgantown, WV and Ricky A. Teagarden (Amelia) of Marysville, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
