He is survived by: his wife Judith Penoyer Rose; his children, Margaret "Peggy" J. Allin (John) of Erie, PA, Lisa M. Rose of Fairview and Bryan R. Rose of Erie; his stepchildren, Joanne Vega (Ruben) of Corpus Christi and Harry M. Szuba (Annetta) of Corry; and his grandson Anthony J. Fogl (Jason) of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by Five step-granddaughters, one step-grandson, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
