He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Babyak and Barbara Babyak (Sopko); his children, John Jr., Kathleen, Arlene and Darlene; and his siblings, Andy Jr, Michael Jr., Mary, Helen and Irene.
He is survived by: his spouse JoAnn E. Wargo; his sons, Steven Babyak of Cleveland and Vince Babyak of Safety Harbor, Fla.; his grandchildren, John, Ethan Babyak, Tyler, Trent Babyak and Tayren Babyak; and his siblings, Pauline Gazdik of Boardman and George Babyak of California.
The family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to the Tributes-State Marine Detachment #494, Marine Corps League, P.O. Box 2980, Youngstown, OH 44511.
