It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Sam Chuhran of Spangler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Chuhran and Mary Chuhran (Collins); his daughter Christi Hunter; his grandson Mark Vetock; his siblings, Mary Louise Schelfe, Ronald and Theodore Chuhran; and his brother-in-law Anthony Carino.

He is survived by: his wife Norma R. Chuhran (Michaels); his children, Georgette Vetock (Wayne) of Severn, MD, Greg Chuhran (Darlene) and Amy Miller (Michael); his son-in-law Tom Hunter; and his sister Dolores Carino of Leechburg, PA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He and Norma also transformed into clowns "Pesty & Jingles" for charity events with the Order of Alhambra.
