He was predeceased by: his wife MaryAnn Zedek; his parents, Metro Zedek and Catherine Zedek (Bearer); and his siblings, Charles Zedek (Patty), Jerry Zedek (Debra) and Mary Jane of Spangler, Pennsylvania..
He is survived by: his sisters, Anna Mae Litvin (John) of Mineral Point and Theresa Bauer (John) of Northern Cambria, Pennsylvania.; his children, Nancy Fredrickson (Don) of Pinetop Arizona, Donna Bowles (David) of Gilbert, Sheri Hill (Karl) of Queen Creek and Donald J. Zedek Jr. (Erin) of Mesa, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Brandon Strittmatter, Brianna Mercado, Chase Fredrickson, Madison Fredrickson, Joshua Woods, Jeremy Woods, Zachary Bowles, Alex Bowles, Mirek Hill, Ditrik Hill, Ellie Zedek and Declan Zedek; and his great grandchildren, Brawley Strittmatter, Mason, Ryan Mercado, Keleni and Emma Latu.
