He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Baxley; and his grandparents, Ruth E. Meray (Stein), Junior O'Neal and Elsie Baxley (Keith). He is survived by: his father James; his children, Makenzi Baxley (Brennan) of Emeigh, Daniel Baxley Jr. of Emeigh, Christian Baxley (Vayda) and Dana Baxley; his granddaughter Braelynn Gobrecht; his grandfather Robert Meray; his siblings, Matthew Baxley (Steph) of Northern Cambria, Mitchell Baxley (Noel) of Northern Cambria, Shannon Baxley (Jake) of Northern Cambria, Tyler Gaston of Northern Cambria and Nantai Gaston (Kaeleigh) of Northern Cambria; and his friends, Joseph and Diana Feltes. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
