He was predeceased by: his son William Brown; and his sister Margaret McShea. He is survived by: his wife Anna Brown; his children, Robert (Chris), Anna Madden (Dan), Shawn, Patrick, Margaret Drecher and Mary Hampshire (Bryan); and his siblings, Henry Brown, William Brown and Dorothy Sweeney. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
